Cameo Global wins two prestigious awards after a year of tremendous growth.

PLEASANTON, Calif. – October 7, 2016 – Cameo Global, an international collaboration solutions provider and a leader in Cisco customer care, has received two distinguished national awards at the annual Cisco Americas Customer Care Sales Summit that took place from September 28-29 in Phoenix, AZ. Cameo Global won the 2016 Cloud Contact Center Partner of the Year and the 2016 Best Competitive Contact Center Win awards, solidifying their position as a leader in Cisco contact center deployments and sales.

Additionally, Cameo won the 2016 Best Competitive Contact Center Win award which recognizes the Cisco partner who successfully beat out the competition for the best strategic new customer. Once fully deployed the customer will have over 5,000 international agents on CloudBlu™—Cameo’s cloud-based collaboration platform—in combination with traditional internal contact centers, outsourcers, and home agents.
